Welcome to BechoCard (bechocard.in). By accessing or using our website and purchasing or selling gift cards through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Marketplace Role

BechoCard operates as an online marketplace facilitating the buying and selling of discounted brand gift cards and vouchers. We verify listings to the best of our ability, but transactions are subject to the terms of the respective brand issuers.

2. Payments & UTR Verification

Buyers must transfer the exact payable amount via UPI and submit a valid 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number. Orders remain in 'pending' status until the admin manually verifies the payment in our bank/UPI records.

3. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the digital nature of gift cards and vouchers, all sales are final upon code and PIN delivery. However, if a buyer reports any genuine issue with the card **within 24 hours of delivery**, our support team will thoroughly investigate and verify the matter. If a legitimate problem is found on our end, an appropriate refund or replacement card will be provided to the buyer.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to provide false information, fake UTR numbers, or engage in any fraudulent activity on the platform. We reserve the right to cancel orders and ban users suspected of fraudulent behavior.
